For guides who run trips for independent travellers
Your trip, as an app in every traveller's pocket
Navix is a system for tour guides. You build the trip on your computer, and each traveller gets a personal link that opens as an app with your logo: the daily plan, routes, files, navigation, phone numbers and more. It works with no signal too.
How it works
- 1
Build it at your desk
Build a library of cards for each region, every card with a description, a location, files and photos, and put the days of the trip together from them.

- 2
Send a link
Each traveller gets a personal link on WhatsApp. No account, no password, no app store.

- 3
One tap to the home screen
The link opens as an app with your icon and your logo, and everything in it is kept on the device.

What the traveller gets
- A daily plan, with a detailed card for every stop.
- The day's map, navigation to any stop in one tap, and a GPX file for every route. They navigate with no signal in Garmin, Mapy, Komoot or whatever app they already use.
- The documents and maps you prepared, available with no signal.
- The phone numbers that matter, and the region's emergency numbers.
- Expenses, personal and shared with the group.
- Your messages, also mid-trip.
- All of it in Hebrew or in English, per trip. The group reads in its own language.
The cards, the plan, the phone numbers, the expenses and the documents are kept on the traveller's phone and open with no network. The GPX routes too. The only thing that needs a signal is the day's map inside the app, drawn with Mapy.com, which covers Europe in detail. Navigation itself opens in Google Maps or Waze.
What you get
- The app carries your name, your logo and your colours. The traveller sees you, not us.
- Build a library of cards once, and put together every new trip from it in minutes.
- A new card from a description you already wrote. Paste text or a Google link, and the card is ready to edit.
- The same card in Hebrew and in English. Translate with one click, go over the translation, done.
- The maps and PDF files you send today keep working. Attach them to the trip, to a day or to a card, and the traveller has them with no signal.
- See which travellers have opened the link, change the plan during the trip, and message everyone at once.
It suits treks and walking trips, cycling, city tours, food and tasting tours, wine trips, botany and birding, photography trips, off-road and adventure, culture and heritage journeys, family trips and more.
Questions
Is there anything to download?
No. The link opens in a browser, and one tap adds it to the home screen. From there it looks and behaves like an app.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes — it's a web app, so it runs on both without an app store.
What happens with no signal?
Everything is kept on the device: the plan, the cards, the phone numbers and the expenses. The GPX file for each route opens in any navigation app, offline. Only the day's map inside the app needs a connection, and anything that changed syncs when it comes back.
Which language is the app in?
Hebrew or English. You decide for each trip.
Do travellers see Navix, or see you?
You. Your logo, your colours and your name at the top of every screen. Navix appears only as a small line at the foot of each day.
What does it cost?
ILS 69 per trip that departs. No subscription. A demo built on one of your own trips, free. The length of the trip, the number of travellers and the number of files make no difference, and drafts and copies are not charged. This is the launch price, and whoever joins now keeps it. Prices are in Israeli shekels (ILS).
Navix is for guides who run trips for independent travellers, and who want their travellers to feel accompanied before the trip and on every day of it.
